Terms & Conditions
NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Nothing Major Bracket Challenge. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
• Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Contest is void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, officers, and representatives of Nothing Major and its affiliates are not eligible to win.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Nothing Major makes no representation that participation is appropriate or available in any specific location.
2. Contest Period
• The Contest begins when the official men’s singles draw is released and closes at the start of the first main-draw match.
• Entries received after the start of play will not be valid.
3. How to Enter
Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is required.
To enter, participants must:
• Register with a valid email address via the official Nothing Major Bracket Challenge entry form.
• Complete and submit a full tournament bracket prediction before the Contest deadline.
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual (including through multiple email addresses) may result in disqualification.
Optional marketing opt-in. The entry form includes an optional checkbox to receive the Nothing Major newsletter and show updates by email. Ticking this box is entirely optional and is not a condition of entering the Contest. Participants may enter, and are eligible to win, whether or not they opt in to marketing emails.
4. Determining the Winner
The winner will be the participant whose bracket earns the highest score based on correct match predictions. Scoring will be the following points for each correct pick per round: 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 320, 640.
In the event of a tie, Nothing Major reserves the right to split the prize equally among tied entrants.
Nothing Major’s decision on scoring, ties, and winners is final and binding.
5. Winner Notification & Announcement
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the completion of the tournament.
The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond, or if the winner is ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms, will result in forfeiture. In such case, Nothing Major may, at its discretion, award the prize to the next-highest scoring participant.
By entering, participants agree that Nothing Major may publicly announce the winner’s name and/or country for promotional purposes.
6. Prize Conditions
To receive the prize, the winner may be required to provide:
• A valid mailing address for delivery of physical prizes.
• Government-issued identification and, if applicable, a taxpayer ID (e.g., SSN for U.S. residents) for reporting purposes.
Additional conditions:
• Prize payment or delivery is contingent on Nothing Major having a legal method to transmit the prize to the winner’s country of residence.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at Nothing Major’s sole discretion.
• The winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release, and (for U.S. residents) an IRS Form W-9. Failure to provide required documentation may result in prize forfeiture.
• The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.
• For U.S. residents, Nothing Major may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize.
• For non-U.S. residents, Nothing Major may be required by law to withhold taxes from the prize amount.
7. General Conditions
• This is a contest of skill, not chance, betting, or gambling. Odds of winning depend solely on the quality of bracket predictions compared to others.
• Nothing Major reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
• Nothing Major is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, technical errors, or other issues that may affect participation.
• Nothing Major may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if it cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Participants who have opted in to receive marketing emails may withdraw their consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or by contacting general@nothingmajorshow.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect a participant’s entry or eligibility in the Contest.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Nothing Major, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or receipt/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
By entering this Contest, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data (including email address, name, and country) for the purpose of administering the Contest. This includes identifying entries, scoring brackets, contacting the winner, announcing the winner’s name and country, and fulfilling the prize.
Separately, and only where a participant opts in by ticking the marketing checkbox on the entry form, Nothing Major will also use the participant’s email address to send the Nothing Major newsletter and updates about the show. This marketing consent is optional, is not required to enter the Contest, and may be withdrawn at any time (see Section 7).
Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing use. Contest data will be used solely to administer the Contest, except where the participant has opted in to marketing as described above.
